Today Board and My Week Views

The Today board and My Week are Manifold’s two views onto the same scheduled work. The Today board is the office’s single-day command centre, and My Week reshapes the same commitments for an engineer’s phone across the days ahead. Both read from the same underlying schedule, so a change made in one place shows up in the other.

The Today board shows checks scheduled for today on the UK calendar day (Europe/London).
My Week shows an engineer’s week in morning, afternoon, and evening band cards.
Sole traders and managers can drag to reschedule; engineers see a read-only week.
On My Week, clash tiles surface conflicts so they can be resolved before the day starts; the Today board is a plain list of the day.
Both views group checks into the same morning, afternoon, and evening bands used in Scheduling and the Calendar, so a job looks the same wherever you view it.
The organisation timezone set in Settings governs which day a check falls under on My Week and the schedule board; the Today board always uses the UK calendar day.

Using Today and My Week

Use these two views for two different jobs. Today keeps the office honest about what is due right now and who is covering it, while My Week helps an engineer plan a sensible week of travel and access windows in advance rather than discovering the day’s shape one job at a time.

Start the day from Today to confirm what is due and who is covering it.
Use My Week on the phone to plan travel and order visits sensibly.
Combine with the route planner to reduce drive time across the day.
The Today board also lists Undelivered records more than seven days after issue, so the 28-day delivery window is worked from the same screen.
On the phone, My Week sits behind the Plan link on Today’s run, alongside Route and Prep. Prep is the Tomorrow view: the next day’s visits with an optional Manifold Assist briefing.
