What Manifold Assist Is

Manifold Assist is a drafting layer, not an autopilot. It takes the facts already on your screen and turns them into a tidy draft: a structured note, a customer-friendly explanation, a summary. You always read, edit, and explicitly choose to use a draft; nothing is saved or sent automatically.

• Every draft appears in an editor marked as an AI draft, with a confidence signal and a short list of things to check before using it.
• Use this applies your edited text; Regenerate tries again; Dismiss throws the draft away.
• Drafts are built only from the on-screen facts of the check or record you are working on.
• Manifold Assist is included from the Growth plan (and during trial). On plans without it, the buttons show a plan message instead.

In The Field

• Voice note: dictate on the device and turn the rough transcript into a structured note. Speech recognition runs on the device; audio is never uploaded.
• Note cleanup: tidy a rough typed note into something record-ready.
• Customer explanation: draft a plain, jargon-free explanation of the check outcome, then copy it to paste into a message.
• No-access explanation: draft the wording for a no-access outcome.
• Fault history and manufacturer support summaries: condense what is known about an appliance into a read-aloud brief.
• Tomorrow briefing: a short plan-your-day summary on the Tomorrow view.

• Landlord update: draft the client-facing update from a record’s detail page.
• Quote wording and smart replies: draft quote text and follow-up replies on a check’s quote thread.
