Run One Check End To End

1. 1Create one client, one property, and the property’s appliance register.
2. 2Schedule a check on that property and assign an active engineer (or yourself in sole-trader mode).
3. 3Open My Checks on a phone, capture appliance readings, record any defects, add photos, and capture signatures.
4. 4Submit the check, then review it in the office and confirm the appliance results and outcome.
5. 5Generate the gas safety record and deliver it to the tenant and the client.
6. 6Confirm the renewal date is set so the next check is chased automatically.

Why Run A Pilot First
