Jobs: Every Visit in One Place

What Jobs Is

Jobs, under Workflow in the sidebar, is the one list of every visit your team makes. Gas safety checks appear in it automatically; everything else is created here.

• Job types are gas safety check, gas service, repair, breakdown, installation, quote or survey visit, and other.
• A gas safety check row opens the check workflow. Book gas safety checks from Gas safety, so the certificate workflow comes with them.
• Create any other job with Create job, giving it a property, a type, an optional scheduled date, a reference and notes.
• Type chips at the top filter the list and show how many jobs carry each type.

Job Statuses

• Jobs move through Scheduled, In progress, Awaiting parts, Completed and Cancelled.
• Use Complete or Cancel on a row to close it; Awaiting parts is highlighted so nothing stalls unnoticed.
• Follow-ups are for tasks that are not visits, such as a callback; see Dashboard and Compliance.
